Welcome to AI for GTM
What you will build
In this course, you will build real workflows against your real pipeline: a daily brief that tells you where to focus, overnight research that preps you for any pitch, a discovery plan and scorecard grounded in SPICED, and a proposal generator you save as a reusable Skill.
Nothing here is theory. Every session ends with something you built that keeps working after the course is over.

By the end of the course, you will be able to say:
- I can put AI to work for me while I sleep.
- I use AI as my go-to-market superpower for research, discovery, and proposals.
- I have the foundations of go-to-market AI to keep building on, and I can pull in workflows across my team.
What to expect
Each session follows the same rhythm:
- Pre-work. A short video from your facilitator plus a written setup checklist. Plan on 15 to 20 minutes before each session.
- Live session. One hour on Zoom. We build together, then break into function lanes so the build fits your role.
- Post-work. A Show Your Work assignment submitted to the LMS. You share the actual conversation you had with your AI: the prompt, the response, and how you tweaked it.
Run the builds on your real accounts and deals, not test data. The whole point is that these artifacts keep running for you after the course ends.
Pick your lane
Every session is a build-along. Each learner picks a function lane and gets a lane-specific prompt, so the same build fits any GTM role. Managers are welcome in any lane, with an optional inspection thread in Sessions 3 and 4.

Tool requirement
- Any paid LLM subscription (roughly 20 dollars per month or more).
- Claude is preferred and is the reference stack the course is built on. ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot work as well.
- The enrollment form asks which assistant your company uses so we can route the right lane prompts to you.
Certification
The design principle for this course is simple: we do not care that you used AI to get the outcome. In fact, that is the goal. We care that you can show us how you did it.
- Sessions 1 through 3 each have a Show Your Work assignment, graded against a rubric. You need an average of 75 percent or higher across assignments.
- The Final Exam is the Skill you build in Session 4. We review the Skill itself. That is your certification hurdle.
- You attended all four live sessions.
If any submission comes in under the bar, you get one opportunity to revise and resubmit based on the feedback in your grade, so a rough first attempt does not end your run at the certificate.
